The visionary behind Healthy Longevity Café aimed to pioneer a unique health-tech solution that blends sophisticated diagnostic methods, personalized health regimes, and hybrid café-clinic environments. They envisioned an app where users could embark on their wellness journey, monitor their health data, receive bespoke longevity guidance, order from a nutrient-rich menu, and book consultations at the café-clinic spaces.
The challenge lay in crafting a smooth, user-centric platform that could cater to the diverse needs of health-conscious users while providing a personalized and engaging experience. Despite initial efforts to build their platform with a standard agency, the project faced setbacks due to extended deadlines and subpar code quality. Consequently, Apexive had to rebuild the platform from scratch.

Apexive initiated the project with a comprehensive discovery phase to collect Healthy Longevity Café's unique requirements and refine the platform vision. After thorough analysis, the team opted for a cross-platform app using Flutter for the front-end and Python/Django for the back-end. This tech stack offered a flexible and scalable foundation for the app, ensuring optimal performance. To optimize the majority of the restaurant's business operations and reduce costs, Apexive implemented a robust ERP system, Odoo.
During the design phase, Apexive closely collaborated with the Humble team to enhance the user experience. The app was designed to offer a centralized health dashboard that allowed users to order, track, and view reports for their diagnostic tests, and health recommendations. Furthermore, the cafe orders became a significant part of the app.
In the second iteration, Apexive incorporated high-level features to help users track their longevity progress, access nutritionist recommendations, and order supplements. Additionally, the team built a robust admin console for managing user data, diagnostics, and other vital aspects of the platform. A health professional portal was also created to provide comprehensive recommendations and guide users through their healthy longevity journey.
Through a collaborative development process, Apexive successfully delivered a cross-platform application, a health portal for medical professionals, an admin console, and an Odoo system with integrated modules.
